Today, we have a video clip of the girls behind the scenes while making a PV (I think…) I should know where these outfits are from, but it’s really not coming to me at the moment.

When I say “the girls”, I mean Miya and Risako. I had a conversation fairly recently about Risako and someone was saying what a brat Risako is… I don’t quite agree with that. Yes, she gets too many lines, IMO, but she sells. It’s not her fault. I actually find her quite and funny here.

It probably helps that Miya is there with her, and constantly makes fun of the youngest Berryz member (in a joking and friendly manner, of course).

I love Miya making fun of Risako and making her act ridiculous while recording at the start, as well as teasing Risako about her eyebrows now versus how they were during the making of their first album. Miya can be so evil… But she does evil in such a cute manner, it’s awesome!

It’s cute to see Miya and Risako’s close relationship here (and in extention their friendship with Captain as well - Ribbon Gumi is so cute! XD). The “things [they] are proud of” are each other… How adorable is that? Squeee!

I love watching videos like this, because in PVs I read so many reviews with people saying that Miya does well enough, but she just has no personality when compared to sillier members of Berryz (ex. Chinami, or Maasa in the latest Berryz PV - which I have only watched twice, I think). Not fooling around and being silly doesn’t translate to no personality to me. That’s not to say I don’t enjoy the sillier personalities of Berryz in PVs, but Miya’s silly side comes out behind the scenes… I find there’s nothing wrong with being professional for releases - it’s not like Miya is stoic and shows no emotion… She’s just not silly. She’s still awesome, no matter what, though. XD
