AHH!! We’re into the single digits!! 9 days to go!

Today, I’ve got a performance by the lovely and talented Miyabi. This one is her solo of ‘Natsu Remember You’ from Berryz Koubou’s Summer 2007 concert.

I don’t like the outfit she’s wearing much, but at least there are lot of close-ups. Miyabi does a wonderful job with this performance. This is not surprising, seeing as she doesn’t have to dance, so it’s a lot easier to keep good control over her voice.

I love her voice in slower songs (though that’s not to say I don’t like it in fast ones too… She’s awesome in ‘Munasawagi Scarlet’). But the softness of her voice in more tender songs is really soothing.

I had really been hoping for a solo song from Miya in Berryz upcoming 5th album, but with the tracklist out, it seems it wasn’t meant to be. Oh well, what can you do? Really, this video is to pacify myself.
