Miyabi’s 16th Birthday Countdown! - 13 days left
13 days and counting! (Duh.. XD)
Today, I want to take a look at Miya’s friendly side.
Here, I’ve got some clips from a Hello days EXTRA - Berryz Kobo ‘07, which was filmed some time after “Very Beauty” was released, but before “Kokuhaku Funsui no Hiroba”. In the first part of this DVD, the girls spend their time at an amusement park, and this is where we get to watch Miya be both an evil tormentor and a good friend… (Well, evil tormentor is a little extreme, but it just sounds so cool. XD)

In this first clip, we have the girls about to go on a roller coaster. Momoko and Risako are not looking forward to going on the roller coaster. I don’t have it in the clip, but Momoko was actually crying over the prospect, while Risako just looks mighty nervous.
If you watch right near the start, Miya grabs a hold of Risako’s arm… For comfort? It seems likely. Whatever the reason, it’s so cute!
There’s a whole lot of Miya goodness in this clip, where she jokes around with the girls to see if they’re tall enough to go on the ride. You also get to hear Miya cackle with joy after the ride is over. But what I like the most in this clip is while the girls are in line for the ride.
As most (if not all) people reading this know, Berryz Koubou has 7 members.. So when you plan to go on a ride that pairs people up, one person has to go alone. So, to be fair, the girls play Jan Ken Pyon to determine who gets to be the lonely rider.
We watch as the girls eliminate themselves from the competition, and eventually we’re left with Miya and Momoko. And I just love how Miya realizes who she’s up against, and takes it upon herself to ride alone. I figure I’m just a sentimental sap, but I thought it was so sweet of Miya to laugh it off and spare Momoko from further terror. XD I was also amused at how concerned/surprised Risako looked and sounded upon learning that Miya would be riding alone.
Miya was also sweetly concerned with Risako (until the others mocked Momoko and Risako, and she joined them as they walked away) after the ride. Risako looked highly disoriented…
And this leads us into the next clip.
This time, the girls are going on a ferris wheel… And Risako is pretty terrified again. However, I have to say, I’m with Risako on this one. I’ll go on any roller coaster, no problem. I love the Behemoth at Canada’s Wonderland, but put me on a ferris wheel, and I’ll have a heart attack.
Here, Miya takes care of Risako as she freaks out at the peack of the ride. I’ve never curled up on someone’s lap while on a ferris wheel, but that wouldn’t be a bad idea… XD I usually just sit back and close my eyes. You can see that Miyabi is not scared of the ferris wheel (heck, Momoko seems to be enjoying this ride), but she forgoes walking around in the cart and doing some of the more silly camera things the other girls do in order to watch out for little Socko. Aww… ^_^
And there we go… Miya looks like she’d be a fabulous friend to have.. Some who can joke around, but is also highly caring. Miya for the win!! <3
yep, Miya is an amusement park expert & sensei. She had lots of fun there. Same thing when they went to Doggy Park last December.

That’s exactly what I think.
Miya showed her tenderness in her own way, not quite tender but very sincere.
Anyway, if you want to leave BD message to Miya try this.
