During Saturday’s episode of YY Jumping there was another preview for Hey! Say! JUMP’s and Johnny’s Junior’s new show Yan Yan JUMP.
The commercial is only about 12 seconds long and is nearly identical to the first Yan Yan JUMP commercial. The only real difference is the guest for that week are different. The commercial says next week’s episode will feature Hey! Say! JUMP members Yabu Kota and Chinen Yuri. Which pretty much confirms it won’t be just Hikaru and Daiki, and instead the HSJ members will in fact be shuffled every week.
It also shows the Johnny’s Juniors guest next episode are Morimoto Shintaro and Hashimoto Ryosuke. The commercial also says that Yan Yan JUMP will begin airing April 16th.
Now, I say the next episode because YY Jumping’s last episode was the episode that was being promoted as Yan Yan JUMP’s first episode. Which is incredibly confusing and makes absolutely no sense. What would possibly be the reason to air the episode early? Not only air the episode early, but during that episode air a commercial that says Yan Yan JUMP isn’t going to premiere for over 3 weeks from now. I can’t fathom the logic behind that. XD
Johnnys Net has officially announced that this April that Hey! Say! JUMP members Yaotome Hikaru’s and Yabu Kota’s show YY JUMPing will be replaced with a new show called Yan Yan JUMP. Yan Yan JUMP is said to be a show featuring Hey! Say! JUMP and Johnny’s Junior.
Now, even thought the commercial says it’s going to feature Hey! Say! JUMP and Johnny’s Junior doesn’t mean it’s going to feature all of them. Obviously they can’t feature all of Johnny’s Junior, there are just too many of them. I suppose they could shuffle the Juniors every week, but I doubt they would do that because that would be a lot of extra work and effort. And besides, School Kakumei and YY JUMPing pretty much use the same Juniors ever week. But what’s really important is if they are going to have all 10 HSJ members or not. A couple of weeks back Yabu mentioned that he wanted to have a show with all 10 Hey! Say! JUMP members. So, was his comment actually giving fans a hint of what to expect? I actually kind of doubt it, but I really want it to be true. I’m tired of only about 7 members of HSJ being on TV shows, while the other 3 do nothing. And I’m even more tired of those TV shows not being just one TV show. Even if the members get shuffled every week, I would love for their to be a show that is for all 10 of Hey! Say! JUMP.
However, watching the commercial makes me doubt that’s actually going to happen.
The commerical shows Hikaru, Daiki, and two ABC-Z members. One of which is Hashimoto Ryosuke, who is completely the reason my beloved Arihara Kanna had to leave C-ute to “finish her studies.” Which makes me think that Yan Yan JUMP is going to be exactly like YY JUMPing. But instead of Hikaru and Yabu, it’s Hikaru and Daiki. Which is completely unfair, if that turns out to be what Yan Yan JUMP is like. If we were going for fair Yan Yan JUMP should consist of Yabu, Ryutaro, Keito, and Inoo. Hikaru, Chinen, and Ryosuke have School Kakumei and come April Takaki, Yuto, and Daiki will have Shounen Club. Technically Shounen Club is supposed to be Hey! Say! JUMP as hosts, but it’s totally only going to be those 3. And some could argue that Shounen Club doesn’t count as they are only MCing and it’s not a variety show. But, whatever.
Come April JUMP fans are either going to be really happy or really dissapointed.

The PV for Akanishi Jin’s first solo single, Eternal, has been out for a while now. And I’m sorry that it’s taken me this long to write about it.
I actually didn’t intend to wait this long to do the review. I mean, today is the release date (technically yesterday in Japan) and I never wait that long to do a PV review. And if I do, it’s probably because I’m not reviewing it. But I said in a previous post about how I want to start reviewing all the idol PVs that come out no matter what. And that’s the problem we have here. I’m supposed to review this PV, but there’s literally nothing to review. The PV is so boring and uneventful that I am left completely uninspired and unsure of what to even say. The PV is literally nearly 6 minutes of Jin doing absolutely nothing else but standing in a white hoodie singing. And I am completely bored by the whole PV. Yes, it’s a beautiful song, but the PV takes the song down a notch a bit. Now, I’m pretty sure people are going to say, “Jin is super busy. He’s trying to have both a career in the US and Japan. It’s not his fault he doesn’t have time to make a decent PV.” And I totally accept that, that’s most likely why his PV is so boring. Even though I accept that it doesn’t mean I have to like it because I don’t. And when a PV is that long and that boring you kind of want to bash your head on your desk. I’m not exactly sure how I managed to sit through it.
This is basically what the entire PV looks like.
Of course with some dynamic close up shots.
And that one frame where he almost writes something.
But let’s also not forget the inpressive layering effects.
Ok, so maybe he does write. But come on, only one sentence. Seriously?
Oh come on, you can’t just add this at the end, as if he actually wrote all that during the PV. By the way, Jin writes like chicken-scratch. That’s in English and I can barely read it.
The radio rip for Berryz Koubou’s upcoming single, Heroine ni Narou ka, was finally released. The concert rip for this song has been floating around the internet for nearly a month. But I haven’t listened to the concert rip (well until today) at, because I prefer to wait for the radio rip to be released. Usually because the concert rip is either poor quality or the song differs a lot from the concert rip. In the Aisaresugiru Koto wa Nai no yo concert rip the background music soundly completely different.
The radio rip is only a little less than half of the song, but it’s more than enough to get an overall feel of the song. The music for the song has a very techno and electronic sound to it. It reminds me a lot of Morning Musume’s Fantasy ga Hajimaru and I’m Lucky Girl. I guess Tsunku’s been in an 80’s or techno phase recently. I’m not really complaining. I absolutely love the electronic sort of house music beat that this song has. Berryz hasn’t released a song this danceable since Dakishimete Dakishimete. Even though the music is really amazing I think the vocals are lacking a great deal. There’s hardly any emotion in it. Besides the chorus only Saki’s and Miyabi’s long notes are even memorable. The only really good part about the singing is how evenly divided the lines are. Except, correct me if I’m wrong, I didn’t really hear any solo lines by Yurina. I think she might have only had 1. Which is a tough break. But since she lead Shining Power, I guess she can’t really complain.
Here’s the radio rip:
And if you’re interested here’s the concert rip:

The PV for KAT-TUN’s new single, Change UR World, was just released. Oh, I’m sorry it wasn’t just released. The PV was actually released a couple of days ago, but for some reason KAT-TUN fans would not let the PV be uploaded in HQ. Hell, they didn’t even want it posted in LQ. I couldn’t even download the PV! Every video that was posted on youtube had pages of Japanese, and international, KAT-TUN fans crying over the video being posted. Saying things like the “Please delete the video, it’s being released on November 17th wait until then,” or “If you share this stuff Johnny won’t release it early in the future.”
I would just like to know, what in the world is wrong with KAT-TUN fans? Why are they so anti uploading. When Arashi’s and NEWS’s new PVs were released they were upload in HD quality the date the videos aired in Japan. So, are they horrible fans? Are they breaking some sort of unofficial Johnny’s rule? Absolutely not. And I did I hear once any fan saying to take down a video or delete a link, until the single was released? Of, course not! So, why are KAT-TUN fans doing this? Don’t they realize that the only people that are getting jipped are the foreign fans? PVs air in Japan days before the release date. And all the Japanese KAT-TUN fan can simply turn on their TVs and watch the new PV when it airs. I don’t see them covering their eyes and ears until the release date. And why’s that? Because it would be absolutely stupid to do so. That would defeat the entire purpose of a PV. They are PVs, promotional videos! What promotion are they getting if you’re not allowed to watch them until the release date? Anyway, that’s about enough angry fangirl ranting. Time to talk about the actual PV.
I actually think the PV is pretty cool, there’s a lot going on. There are 3 different dance scenes, close-ups, breaking through the wall, and whatever is up with that random kid watching them throughout the PV. Even though I do think the PV is pretty cool, I was expecting something a little more. It’s a little reminiscent of No More Pain and Rescue. Just because the entire PV is very dark. Sometime it’s so dark, it’s annoying though.
I don’t get what random kid, or his magical box have to do with KAT-TUN.
Apparently it was Pandora’s Box because he was magically transported to where KAT-TUN is.
However, Kame is much better looking than Pinhead.
God, Kame looks good.
WTF is up with Taguchi’s hair?
I love Koki. Even if he’s making stupid face here.
Kame breaking through anything is hilarious. He’s too much of a pretty boy.
They’re the kings of the world! XD
I know it’s all CG, but that’s beautiful.
I’m sorry but Taguchi looks stupid. He was probably going for old school 1950’s hair, but it’s juts bad.
Koki looks great.
I always knew Maru was Bruce Wayne.
No, just no.
I know he most likely said you can test (trust?) your world, but to me it sounded like you can dust your world.
So why exactly is Koki chained up? Not that I mind. XD
I perviosuly stated on this post that Berryz Koubou would be getting their own shown called Thrilling! Berryz Kingdom, but it turns out it’s not a TV show at all. Rather it’s a radio show on SKY PerfecTV. I guess I just assumed it was a TV show because the station is called SKY PerfecTV. You know what they say about assuming, and having misleading radio station names.
I’m sorry to any Berryz fans who got their hopes up over this post. I’m just as dissapointed as you.
